We believe in giving our clients tremendous value, not nickel and diming them on every service. Our annual software maintenance fee covers resolving any BridgeIT related issues, applying BridgeIT software patches, and even new versions of BridgeIT. Support, consulting, and custom project development is provided on an as needed basis, billed by the quarter hour.

BridgeIT is licensed by database, user, and medical providers (MD’s and NP’s). This keeps the investment scalable, so even the smallest facility can afford the many benefits of BridgeIT. Typically a facility needs just a few staff trained and licensed to create solutions. Licensing and training is not required for staff and providers to utilize these solutions. This means you can distribute Dashboards, Binders, Reports, etc. to anyone without them having any knowledge of BridgeIT.
